To see her face
to hear her witty comebacks
to witness her amazing strength
to make up for some lost time
to pray over her at her bedside
to sing songs for her while she lay
to get to know her a little better
to make up for lost time
Lord, I understand it was time for her
to go, but I miss her still the same.
